At Lifeline Medical Services we are always open to all types of feedback, be it a compliment, a comment or a complaint, as without these observations we would not be able to make the improvements and alterations that make us a better service for you.

We will ensure any complaint is dealt with in a caring and considerate manner, and we aim to acknowledge any complaint within our policy’s timeframe. We will then investigate the complaint thoroughly, whilst keeping the complainant informed throughout the process.

Please be assured that we take every comment and complaint very seriously, and by making a complaint this will not affect your future use of the service. All complaints are dealt with in line with our complaints policy.
