Our team have all completed the necessary recommended and nationally recognised training in pre-hospital emergency care with many working full time for the NHS.

The health, safety, and welfare of your clients is our priority.
We will not compromise on safety or level of service to beat competitors on price. If we assess a particular level of event cover is required we will work with our clients to explain and agree why that cover is required. We hold full public liability and medical indemnity insurance covering all our staff.
We ensure everyone on our team holds a valid enhanced DBS check and this is updated regularly. We induct all staff to ensure they are familiar with all of the processes we have in place to ensure your event is safe. Our stringent processes are in place to safeguarding our service users.
Our on-call manager is available to staff to provide support whenever required and to ensure we can respond to the needs of our clients promptly.
We are based in the North of England and can provide event medical cover and event first aid across the North East, Cumbria, Yorkshire, Lancashire and across the UK.
