Working and volunteering in the charity sector for over a decade, Ross has developed expertise in event clinical practice and management; from covering small, local events to working at some of the UK\u2019s biggest and busiest events in both a clinical and management capacity. Ross has also spent many years working with several other medical providers, enabling him to evaluate a wide range of the medical cover provided to events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having started as a first aider on events, Ross has worked as Ambulance Crew responding to 999 calls, and currently works as a Paramedic within the NHS. He has also led large-scale events in a clinical capacity and is a qualified first aid trainer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Building on his vast experience in patient care, Ross is keen to ensure Lifeline Medical Services provides an excellent standard of care and support and provides our clients with the best possible experience. We will work with our team to passionately uphold our values and our commitment to patient care. Ross is keen to ensure our team is always supported and feel empowered to be the best they can be. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 24%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Heather Boniface (Chief Medical Advisor)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Heather is an ACCS \/ Emergency Medicine Trainee doctor registered with the General Medical Council (GMC). She has six years of experience working in the Emergency Department at Royal Stoke University Hospital, where she previously held the position of Senior Clinical Fellow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heather has a special interest in education and learning, non-technical skills and resilience.
